Service Description

Saturday forklift training and assessment in Warana, Sunshine Coast. $750 per person, by appointment and subject to availability. This is a separate Saturday option from the $575 weekday special. Complete the required online theory before attending. Practical training and formal assessment are completed in person at Unit 4, 39 Technology Drive, Warana. Maximum 4 students. Training and assessment are delivered by Jorking Training Group on behalf of Neildene Pty Ltd, RTO 40696. Statements of Attainment are issued by Neildene Pty Ltd. After successful assessment, eligible participants receive documents to support their Workplace Health and Safety Queensland LF licence application. Where no additional training is required, the participant’s first practical reassessment attempt is free. If further practical training is required after an unsuccessful practical assessment, additional training is $300 per session. Rescheduling and cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. The first reschedule is free when more than 10 business days’ notice is provided. Rescheduling within 10 business days, but more than 72 hours before the course start time, will incur a $120 administration fee. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the course start time will incur a $300 rescheduling fee. Any rescheduled booking must be used within six months of the original course date.
