Training before the first practical assessment

Before the first practical assessment, one extra training session may be offered where the trainer decides the participant is not yet ready.

After an unsuccessful practical assessment

If the trainer or assessor determines that further practical training is required, additional practical training is $300 per session. The participant will be told what training is required before it is booked.

Free first practical reassessment

Where no additional training is required, the participant’s first practical reassessment attempt is free. If further practical training is required, the free practical reassessment does not apply.

Knowledge or theory reassessment

Knowledge or theory reassessment is $200.

Further practical reassessment attempts

Any fee for a later practical reassessment will be confirmed in writing before the booking is made.

Scheduling

Training and reassessment sessions are subject to trainer, assessor and equipment availability. The participant must request a session in writing and attend at the location confirmed by Jorking Training Group.

Cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance

If a participant cancels, reschedules or does not attend a confirmed free practical reassessment, the free entitlement is forfeited. Course rescheduling before attendance is covered by the separate Reschedule Policy.
