ONSITE • AUSTRALIA-WIDE • TAILORED TO YOUR SITE

Verification of Competency.

Written proof your operators can do the job safely — assessed on your machines, at your site, aligned with current WHS requirements.

THE ESSENTIALS

What is a VOC?

A Verification of Competency (VOC) — also known as Verification of Current Competency (VOCC) — is a structured assessment employers use to comply with Work Health and Safety requirements and confirm staff are proficient in operating equipment or performing tasks.

WHS legislation means employers can't simply assume an employee's competency — and in Australia, most sites consider a worker's competency outdated once their qualifications are more than 24 months old. A VOC conducted by a third-party training organisation provides written proof that an operator has met the required standard to safely and effectively operate a specific type of equipment.

THE JORKING DIFFERENCE

Not all VOCs are the same

Every VOC we deliver is built around the operator and the site: their experience level, your machines, your conditions, and current WHS standards. The result is an assessment that actually reflects how your people work — and documentation you can stand behind.

  • Assessed on your machines, in your real work environment

  • One site visit can cover multiple machines and operators

  • Clear, audit-ready documentation for your records

  • Assessors with genuine operational experience
