Google API Data and Jorking Advertising Manager

Jorking Training Group uses a private internal application called Jorking Advertising Manager to access and manage the company’s own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API.

The application may access Google Ads campaign settings, campaign performance information, search terms, keywords, advertisements, advertising assets, Quality Score information, geographic targeting and related account-management data.

This information is used solely for internal reporting, advertising analysis and controlled management of Jorking Training Group’s own Google Ads account. Google user data is not sold, transferred for advertising purposes or provided to unrelated third parties.

Access is restricted to authorised Jorking Training Group personnel. Authentication credentials are stored securely, are not included in public source code and are not disclosed in user-facing reports. Access may be revoked and credentials rotated if unauthorised access is suspected.

Google user data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal advertising management, accountability and troubleshooting. Requests concerning access, retention or deletion may be sent to info@jorkingtraininggroup.com.

Jorking Training Group’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
