Training Credits Policy

Effective 4 September 2026

Training Credits let businesses, employment service providers and other organisations pre-purchase places in Jorking Training Group’s public weekday TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck course at Warana, then allocate those places as learners are ready.

TRAINING CREDIT PACKS
5 credits — $2,625 ($525 per learner)
10 credits — $5,000 ($500 per learner)
15 credits — $7,125 ($475 per learner)
20+ credits — Custom corporate pricing by written quote

All standard Training Credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date payment is received. The training attached to each credit must take place before the expiry date.

WHAT ONE CREDIT COVERS
One Training Credit covers one learner’s place in an advertised public weekday TLILIC0003 forklift course delivered at our Warana training facility. It includes the standard course inclusions stated at the time of booking. Unless agreed in writing, credits do not cover Saturday courses, private or onsite delivery, travel, equipment hire, additional training, reassessment or other fees.
WHO MAY PURCHASE
Training Credits are designed for businesses, employment service providers and other organisations. The purchasing organisation owns and controls the credit balance.
VALIDITY AND EXPIRY
Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date full payment is received. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. Any extension must be approved by Jorking Training Group in writing before expiry.
ALLOCATING CREDITS
Credits may be allocated to different eligible learners and different available course dates. Before a credit is used, it may be reassigned to another learner within the same purchasing organisation. Credits cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another purchasing organisation without written approval from Jorking Training Group.
BOOKINGS AND AVAILABILITY
All bookings are subject to course capacity and availability. Purchasing credits does not automatically reserve a particular date. The purchaser must provide each learner’s full name, email address, phone number and requested course date. Training Credit pricing cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless agreed in writing.
PRICE PROTECTION
A valid credit covers the eligible course even if the public course price later increases. No refund or adjustment applies if a lower promotional price is later advertised.
LEARNER REQUIREMENTS AND OUTCOMES
Each learner must meet all course eligibility, identification, USI, language, literacy and numeracy, safety and pre-course requirements. A Training Credit purchases a training place; it does not guarantee successful assessment, a licence outcome or the issue of a Statement of Attainment.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND EXTRA TRAINING
Jorking Training Group’s current cancellation, rescheduling, attendance and general terms apply to every credited booking. A late cancellation or non-attendance may use the allocated credit. Any additional training, reassessment or other charge must be paid separately unless included in a written agreement.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Credits are issued after full payment unless approved account terms apply. Training Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Unused or expired credits are not redeemable for cash or partial refund.
RTO INFORMATION
Training and assessment are delivered by Jorking Training Group on behalf of Neildene Pty Ltd, RTO 40696. Statements of Attainment are issued by Neildene Pty Ltd.
ADMINISTRATION AND CORPORATE AGREEMENTS
Jorking Training Group may update the administrative redemption process, provided this does not reduce the number or value of paid credits or change their original expiry date. Any written corporate quote or agreement accepted by both parties forms part of these terms and takes priority where it expressly varies them.
