100% ONLINE — TLIF0009 — NATIONALLY RECOGNISED
Chain of Responsibility training. Entirely online.
If you consign, pack, load, schedule, drive, manage or receive goods moved by heavy vehicle, the law places a safety duty on you — not just the driver. Learn what your duty means and how to meet it, at your own pace, from anywhere.
DELIVERED IN ALIGNMENT WITH NEILDENE PTY LTD, RTO 40696
WHY THIS COURSE
Every link in the chain holds a duty
Under the Heavy Vehicle National Law, every party in the chain of responsibility must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety of their transport activities. "I'm not the driver" is not a defence — and duties can't be contracted away.
This course gives drivers, schedulers, loaders, consignors, consignees and managers a practical understanding of their obligations across the four big risk areas: fatigue, speed, mass and loading, and vehicle standards — plus the business practices and records that prove your duty is being met.
Directors and executives carry an additional due diligence duty, with personal liability possible even where no incident has occurred. If your business touches heavy vehicle transport, CoR training is not optional knowledge.
