Walkie Stacker Verification of Competency.

No forklift licence applies to pedestrian-operated stackers — but WHS law still requires trained, competent operators with the records to prove it. Our onsite Walkie Stacker VOC provides exactly that.

DELIVERED IN ALIGNMENT WITH NEILDENE PTY LTD, RTO 40696

WHY THIS VOC MATTERS

Licence-exempt doesn't mean competency-exempt

Pedestrian-operated walkie stackers don't require a High Risk Work licence — which is exactly why they're often handed to untrained staff. Under WHS legislation, employers must still ensure every operator is trained, competent and supervised appropriately, with documented evidence. A walkie stacker VOC gives you that written proof: an independent assessment that your operators can use the machine safely, on your equipment, in your workplace.

WHAT IT COVERS

Assessed on your machine, in your aisles

  • Pre-operational checks and fault reporting

  • Load assessment — capacity, load centres and pallet condition

  • Safe travel with the tiller — crush points, cornering and pedestrian interaction (the operator is a pedestrian too)

  • Raising, lowering, stacking and racking interaction

  • Working in confined aisles, coolrooms and around staff

  • Battery charging and changing safety

  • Parking, shutdown and securing

Assessment basis and documentation aligned to the machine type and your site procedures — [CONFIRM with Neildene the unit/evidence basis you certify against, so the page states it exactly].
